Crédit Agricole Titres strengthens its leadership in France.
Crédit Agricole Titres has strengthened its lead in securities custody and administration services for retail and private banks in France.In addition to increasing the volumes handled each year, Crédit Agricole Titres intends to extend the scope of its activities to cover the entire value chain, from back office processing to marketing support. Its aim is to contribute to the operational development of the Caisses régionales’ multi-channel distribution systems. By placing Crédit Agricole Titres at the centre of the securities distribution process, the MiFID project will add to this dimension.
Crédit Agricole Titres will also provide support for the Caisses régionales’ securities marketing activities:
> At the level of customer relations, by designing and developing the online stock-market trading platform. It also provides the Caisses régionales with a securities services call centre.
> To network advisors, by thoroughly upgrading work stations, providing efficient targeting software and setting up a help service for advisors in the branches, and
> Lastly, through training for the Caisses régionales’ middle office staff.
Through its activities at every level of the value chain and the subcontracted services provided to financial institutions outside the Crédit Agricole group (including some of the leading French private banks), Crédit Agricole Titres constitutes a genuine centre of expertise at the service of its internal and external customers. For example, Crédit Agricole Titres responds to demand from its customers for regulatory watch in the field of securities.
